DESCRIPTION

Mixed peppers cut and processed by hand starting from the fresh product, put in jars with the addition of extra virgin olive oil. A simple but not at all obvious product! Great for tasty aperitifs paired with cold cuts or as a dressing for rice salads!

INGREDIENTS

Peppers 85%, Onions, Water, Wine vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Oil: EVO and sunflower seeds 25%, Citric acid. It may contain traces of mustard and of sulphites .

STORAGE

Store in a cool and dark place. After opening, store at + 4 ° and consume within 10 days.

Minimum Storage Term: 13 months from the date of placing.
