DESCRIPTION

Candied citron, immersed in the sugary liquid with the addition of natural mustard flavor for a product with an intense character. We recommend it with: gorgonzola, Grana Padano, pecorino, mixed boiled meats.

INGREDIENTS

Cedar 66%, cane sugar, water, lemon juice, organic corn syrup with natural mustardflavor. It may contain traces of celery .

STORAGE

Keep in a cold and dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator at + 4 °.

The mustard aroma, used to provide the product with the characteristic spicy taste, is very volatile, therefore the product gradually loses the intensity of spiciness over time, leaving the qualities of the mustard and its authenticity unaltered.

Minimum Storage Term: 15 months from the date of placing.
