WITH organic red onion mustard
Simple to make and very, very tasty! The hamburger is a specialty imported from the Anglo-Saxon culture, but which is now also a full part of our daily life. At home, grilled, or cooked with a barbecue in the open air, it is a quick and enjoyable solution perfect to any informal situation with friends, whether in summer or winter.
- 4 hamburger bread 200 g
- Ground beef 700 g
- Two shallots 50 g
- EVO Oil 40 g
- Black pepper
- Montasio 4 slices (about 60 g)
- 1 large tomato 80 g
- Lettuce 50 g
- Organic Red Onion Mustard
- Mayonnaise and mustard mix
- Grilled bacon about 8 slices
Preparation: 50 minutes
Doses for: 4 Hamburgers
Chop the two shallots very finely and put them in a non-stick pan with a tablespoon of oil, letting them dry over low heat.
Meanwhile, prepare the meat: place the minced beef in a large bowl, add the chopped shallots and mix the ingredients well with your hands.
Divide the minced meat into 4 equal parts. With a spoon put it in a pastry ring about 2 cm high and 10.5 cm wide. Mash the minced meat with the back of the spoon and then form burgers. Cover them and keep them in the refrigerator.
Meanwhile, cut the sandwiches in half, slice the tomato, lettuce and Montasio.
Remove the hamburgers from the refrigerator, bringing them to room temperature, then heat a non-stick pan and brush it with olive oil; place the burgers and cook them for 4 minutes per side, turning them only once with a small spoon: be careful not to crush them too much while you cook them, otherwise they will lose their fat and will be drier!
After 4/5 minutes, turn the burgers and add a slice of Montasio cheese on top, leave it on the burger until it melts.
Meanwhile, in another pan, cook the bacon until it becomes crisp and in the same pan, toast the bread on the cut side for about 1 minute.
Start composing the cheeseburger: Spread the mix of Mayonnaise and mustard on the base of your sandwich, place a slice of tomato and the hearts of lettuce on it, then the meat with the cheese, at this point add the Organic red onion mustard that will give an absolutely necessary sweet-spicy taste to your cheeseburger!
Finally cover with the other slice of bread and serve the cheeseburgers hot.
Enjoy your meal!
