“We decided to create this small factory in November 2000, desiring to introduce our “Mostarda” outside its’ local  area  and we were sure that it would  be very successful.

The choice of ingredients  grown exclusively  by organic farms is not only  based on  our philosophy of good health  , but is also because our products must have  a clean flavor and genuine taste.  Therefore, a return to the origins.

So from here the idea a series of products called “Rustics”, prepared with  fruit peel because it is healthy and rich in vitamins. A product really for everyone!

You can serve it with more or less traditional dishes or taste it alone after a meal,  accompanied by a good sweet  or dessert wine.”
